Rachel Kivlan

Rachel Kivlan is a litigation paralegal at Charnoff Simpson PLLC. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2025 with a double major in Political Science and Advertising and Public Relations, and a minor in Russian. Rachel has a strong interest in intellectual property, immigration, and international and domestic politics. She plans to pursue law school in the near future.
