Julia Dunning

Julia Dunning is an associate with Charnoff Simpson PLLC working on a broad range of civil litigation.

Ms. Dunning graduated cum laude from George Mason University School of Law in May 2026, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board, a Notes Editor for the George Mason Law Review, and a clerk for the Poverty Law Clinic. Ms. Dunning competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition U.S. National Championships where she received a Top 50 Best Oral Advocate award out of more than 350 competitors.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Julia worked as a summer associate and as a paralegal. During law school, Ms. Dunning interned at Legal Services of Northern Virginia helping low-income clients navigate the court system in a variety of practice areas including housing evictions, criminal expungement, and guardianship petitions.
