Biography

Zachary Boron is a litigator with Charnoff Simpson. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable William T. Newman, Jr. in the Arlington County Circuit Court, giving him a deep understanding of the procedural process for cases.

Mr. Boron has litigated numerous construction, real estate, and business matters throughout multiple Circuit Courts. Before private practice, Mr. Boron interned at the Arlington County Circuit Court and the Charlottesville Circuit Court and clerked for a firm in the Washington D.C. metro area. His several years working in the various circuit courts have helped to hone his litigation skills and developed his drafting skills. His time working for the Northern Virginia Bankruptcy Assistance Clinic helped him enhance his communication skills and advocate for his clients.

Mr. Boron graduated from Virginia Tech in December 2013. Mr. Boron graduated from George Mason University School of Law in May 2019, where he was the Senior Research Editor of the National Security Law Journal.
